Louise joined as a parent governor in June 2026.

Louise brings a blend of experience from her 14 years serving as a police officer, followed by a move into education where she has focused on safeguarding and supporting students' mental health and wellbeing. Originally from the UK and educated to degree level at Liverpool John Moores University, Louise has called Jersey home since 2001.

Her background gives her a strong understanding of the challenges young people can face, and the importance of schools creating safe, supportive environments where every child can flourish. Louise is passionate about student wellbeing and is committed to using the skills and knowledge she has developed over the years to contribute meaningfully to the life of the school.

As a mum to two daughters at Le Rocquier, Louise is delighted to be joining the governing body and looks forward to supporting the school community in the best way she can.
