Gemma joined as staff governor since January 2025.

Gemma was previously Head of English and is a member of our Senior Leadership Team, a successful leader who has implemented a robust new Jersey Premium strategy.

Gemma is keen to develop her knowledge and understanding of how Le Rocquier School is run from a business perspective, so that she can develop her own leadership and how best to support school, staff and pupils to achieve their full potential.
