Its main aims are to: · Nurture talent · Unleash potential · Offer experiences I hope that within these pages there will be roles, responsibilities and opportunities that you will seize so that you can develop in confidence. Don't be afraid to shine, people aren't born as leaders - they develop. Leadership is not about being loud and bossy it is about ‘doing the right thing' and showing people the way forward.
